We offer a one year unconditional warranty on all house painting.  If anything we did last year needs follow up attention just let us know and we will get it dealt with.
Besides the one year warranty we offer a six year extended warranty on the full exterior painting of your house.  The only requirement is that you have us out in three or four years to pressure wash the full exterior ( for which we will charge) and we will do any and all of the touchup work for free, both caulking and paint.  
If paint failure is caused by wood rot or water we will gladly reccommend a vetted contractor to deal  with the repair  for a fee. Also while Sherwin Williams paint has very excellent color retention there may be a minor difference in colors due to fading.  If you want us to fully repaint an area after we touch it up we will gladly quote it. While this is usually not an issue it is not something we control so we mention it. 
This warranty does not apply to homes that have been longer than 10 years since the last repaint.  Also we do not warranty in any way work we do on LP siding
 Also because of the nature of the surfaces we do not warranty work on decks, porches, patios and other flat surfaces.  The best we can do is offer regular maintenance and a reasonable rate compared to the initial project.  Many of the decks we do are on annual or biannual maintenance.  Even the product description states recoat may be necessary in a year or two on flat surfaces and 3-5 years on vertical surfaces.
